Dr. Monica Roy Dey is an experienced Specialist Pediatrician and Neonatologist with over 10 years of clinical experience in India and Qatar. She brings strong expertise in managing both general pediatric conditions and complex neonatal cases, supported by extensive work in high-level Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs).

She completed her MBBS from King George Medical University, followed by an MD in Pediatrics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. She further advanced her specialization through a Fellowship in Neonatology at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, where she gained hands-on experience in Level 3 NICU care, neonatal resuscitation, and advanced neonatal procedures. She also holds the MRCPCH (UK), reflecting her commitment to international standards of pediatric care.

Dr. Monica has significant experience in outpatient pediatric care, treating common childhood illnesses while focusing on preventive healthcare, parental education, and early intervention. She is highly skilled in neonatal emergency management, newborn resuscitation, and the care of premature and critically ill infants.

Her procedural expertise includes neonatal intubation, umbilical catheterization, PICC line insertion, surfactant administration, and neonatal ventilation. She has actively participated in clinical teaching, research, and multidisciplinary care, contributing to improved neonatal outcomes.
During her recent role in Qatar at Nova Healthcare, she provided comprehensive pediatric care aligned with QCHP guidelines, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services. Dr. Monica is dedicated to delivering compassionate care, promoting child health, and supporting families through all stages of development.
